RESOLUTION HONORING WAYNE J. DENISON

RESOLUTION #01-118

WHEREAS, Wayne Denison has been employed with the Ingham County Sheriff's Office for twenty six years as the Chief Mechanic; and

WHEREAS, he was an original member of the Ingham County Sheriff's Office Heavy Rescue Squad; and

WHEREAS, during his years of service, Wayne served as a Heavy Rescue Instructor at Lansing Community College, as well as the Ingham County Sheriff's Office; and

WHEREAS, Wayne has also been a volunteer firefighter with the Mason Fire Department for 15 years and in 1995 was the named Employee of the Year for the Ingham County Sheriff's Office and Mason-Holt Eagles Volunteer of the Year; and

WHEREAS, after many years of dedicated service, Wayne Denison is retiring from his position at the Ingham County Sheriff's Office.

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Ingham County Board of Commissioners hereby honor Wayne Denison for his many years of service to the County of Ingham and its citizens.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Board wishes him continued success in his future endeavors.
