RESOLUTION HONORING HELEN PERRY-BUSE

RESOLUTION #01-243

WHEREAS, Helen Perry-Buse began serving on the Ingham County 911 Advisory Committee when it was created in March of 1999; and

WHEREAS, Helen took on a leadership role as she served as the first Chairperson of the newly created Committee overcoming the struggles associated with the establishment of a new board; and

WHEREAS, as Chairperson, Helen served as a model of decorum and integrity in the conduct of public affairs as she assisted the 911 Advisory Board in fulfilling its vital mission; and

WHEREAS, Helen is a true believer in law enforcement and the safety of the residents of the community; and

WHEREAS, Helen left her position on the Ingham County 911 Advisory Committee in May of 2001.

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Ingham County Board of Commissioners extend its sincere appreciation to Helen Perry-Buse for her outstanding service on the Ingham County 911 Advisory Committee.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Board of Commissioners wish Helen continued success in all of her future endeavors.
