RESOLUTION MAKING AN APPOINTMENT TO THE BOARD OF HEALTH

RESOLUTION #01-43

WHEREAS, several vacancies exist on the Board of Health due to the expiration of terms; and

WHEREAS, applications of individuals interested in serving on this Board have been reviewed.

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Ingham County Board of Commissioners hereby appoints

Beth Spyke, 3940 Bayberry Lane, Lansing, 48911

to the Board of Health, as a provider, to a term expiring December 31, 2003.
