INGHAM COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS

RESOLUTION TO ENTER INTO A NEW TWO YEAR JAIL DENTAL

WHEREAS, Dr. James Peters has worked with the Ingham County Sheriff's Office for almost three (3) years; and

WHEREAS, Dr. Peters' current contract is due to expire December 31, 2002; and

WHEREAS, Dr. Peters and the Ingham County Sheriff's Office are interested in signing a new two year agreement.

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Ingham County Board of Commissioners authorizes the Ingham County Sheriff's Office and Ingham County to enter into a new two year agreement with Dr. Peters, at a rate of $110.00 per hour or not to exceed $22,880 annually from the time period of January 1, 2003 through December 31, 2005.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Ingham County Board of Commissioners authorizes the Board Chairperson and the County Clerk to sign any necessary contract documents consistent with this resolution and approved as to form by the County Attorney
