RESOLUTION MAKING APPOINTMENTS TO THE FRIEND OF THE COURT

CITIZENS ADVISORY COMMITTEE

RESOLUTION #02-160

WHEREAS, several vacancies exist on the Friend of the Court Citizens Advisory Committee due to the expiration of terms and a recent resignation; and

WHEREAS, the Law & Courts Committee interviewed applicants interested in serving on this Committee.

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Ingham County Board of Commissioners hereby appoint :

Irma Briggs-Hooker, 927 Westlawn, East Lansing, 48823

to the Friend of the Court Citizens Advisory Committee, as a child advocate representative, to a term expiring May 27, 2004.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Board reappoints

Thomas Yarrell (Non-Custodial Parent representative) 209 E. Hazel, Lansing, 48910

Nan Casey, (Family Law Attorney representative) 407 Clarendon, East Lansing, 48823

to terms expiring May 27, 2005.
