RESOLUTION HONORING PATRICIA ELLIS

RESOLUTION #02-161

WHEREAS, Patricia Ellis began her career with Lansing Community College in March of 1990 working directly with students who are members of special populations; and

WHEREAS, later she began serving as the Budget and Data Monitor for Special Populations Programs; and

WHEREAS, prior to her employment with the Lansing Community College, Pat worked for General Motors from 1967 to 1984, where she served as one of the first women foremen; and .

WHEREAS, during her years of service with the Lansing Community College, Pat has proven to be an exemplary employee with an outstanding dedication to service, attention to detail, professionalism and friendship; and

WHEREAS, after more than 12 years of service with the Lansing Community College, Patricia Ellis is retiring from her position as Budget and Data Monitor for Special Populations Programs.

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Ingham County Board of Commissioners hereby honor Patricia Ellis for her years of dedicated service with the Lansing Community College and for the contributions she has made to the citizens of Ingham County.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Board wishes her continued success in all of her future endeavors.
