RESOLUTION CONGRATULATING NORBERT AND RITA KLEIN ON THE EVENT OF THEIR 50^TH WEDDING ANNIVERSARY

RESOLUTION #02-164

WHEREAS, Norbert and Rita Klein were married on June 19, 1952 in St. Cloud Minnesota; and

WHEREAS, in 1960, Norbert and Rita Klein relocated to Ingham County where they raised their six children; and

WHEREAS, both Norbert and Rita worked as teachers for the Lansing Public Schools and have since retired; and

WHEREAS, from 1983 through 1986, Rita served as an Ingham County Commissioner representing a district within the City of Lansing; and

WHEREAS, on June 19, 2002 Norbert and Rita Klein celebrated their 50^th wedding anniversary.

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Ingham County Board of Commissioners hereby congratulate Norbert and Rita Klein on the event of their 50^th wedding anniversary.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Board wishes them many more happy years together.
