RESOLUTION TO AUTHORIZE A PURCHASE ORDER WITH DBI FOR REPLACEMENT OF THE ROLLING FILE CABINETS AND NEW FURNITURE AT THE 55TH DISTRICT COURT
RESOLUTION #02-195
WHEREAS, the 55th District Court was authorized funds by the Board of Commissioners for furniture and to replace their large revolving file cabinets as part of the 2002 CIP budget; and
WHEREAS, DBI was selected as the vendor through the Washtenaw County Purchasing contract in conformance with Ingham County Purchasing Policies; and
WHEREAS, the DBI proposal has been reviewed and is jointly recommended for approval by Purchasing and 55th District Court.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Ingham County Board of Commissioners approves a purchase order of $47,147 with DBI to provide replacement furniture and revolving file cabinets as outlined in their proposal.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Ingham County Board of Commissioners directs the Controller to make the necessary adjustments in the 2002 budget.
