INGHAM COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS

RESOLUTION REIMBURSING THE PARKS DEPARTMENT CASH FUND

RESOLUTION #02-201

WHEREAS, the Ingham County Parks Department collects over $200,000 in park revenues annually; and

WHEREAS, a loss of $153.26 was discovered resulting in a shortage in the Cash Fund account; and

WHEREAS, the Director of Financial Services has been consulted and agrees that the loss is minimal when compared to the amount of revenue received annually.

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Ingham County Board of Commissioners approves a charge of $153.26 against the Parks Department supply line item to reimburse the Cash Fund account.
