RESOLUTION TO AMEND THE 2003 APPORTIONMENT REPORT

RESOLUTION #02-279

WHEREAS, the 2002 Apportionment Report was approved by Resolution 302-253; and

WHEREAS, based on the results of the election held on November 5, 2002 revisions have become necessary.

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that Resolution #02-253 be amended by substituting the attached statement of taxable valuations and millages apportioned to the various units in Ingham County for the year 2002.
