INGHAM COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS

RESOLUTION TO AUTHORIZE A CONTRACT FOR DENTAL SERVICES

RESOLUTION #02-302

WHEREAS, the Health Department has 1.6 FTE budgeted in 2002 to contract dental services; and

WHEREAS, the Health Officer has recommended that the Board of Commissioners authorize a contract for dental services of Dr. Ratandeep K. Bawa, D.D.S

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Ingham County Board of Commissioners authorizes a contract for professional dental services with Ratandeep K. Bawa, D.D.S.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the period of the agreement shall be January 1, 2002 through December 31, 2002.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the County shall compensate the contractual dentist at the rate of $37.13 per hour for services provided in accordance with the agreement.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Board Chairperson is authorized to sign the agreement after review by the County Attorney
