INGHAM COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING 2003 AGREEMENTS FOR COMMUNITY AGENCIES
RESOLUTION #02-321
WHEREAS, the 2003 Ingham County Budget has been approved by the Finance Committee; and
WHEREAS, under the Community Agency Program a number of agencies have been allocated funds to provide important services that are consistent with the County's Strategic Planning Objectives to Ingham County residents.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Ingham County Board of Commissioners hereby directs the County Attorney to draft contracts for the period January 1, 2003 through December 31, 2003 for each Community Agency listed on the attached, in accordance with the dollar amounts allocated in the 2003 Budget as stated below, and for the services to Ingham County residents previously approved by the liaison committees:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Ingham County Board of Commissioners will fund Catholic Social Services of Lansing/St. Vincent Home, Inc. - Ballentine Stepping Stones for $1,696.00 with the funds from Court Appointed Special Advocates of Ingham County, Inc. (CASA) as CASA will withdraw their request for 2003 funding if they receive Grady Porter office space.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Board Chairperson and County Clerk are authorized to sign the necessary contracts after review by the County Attorney.
