RESOLUTION INCREASING THE MEMBERSHIP OF THE ENVIRONMENTAL AFFAIRS COMMISSION TO ADD A REPRESENTATIVE OF THE FACILITIES DEPARTMENT



RESOLUTION #02-33



WHEREAS, the Environmental Affairs Commission was established to examine and make environmental improvement recommendations regarding County-owned and maintained properties; and



WHEREAS, the Environmental Affairs Commission feels that a representative from the Facilities Department would be a valuable source of information when performing site visits to County properties; and



WHEREAS, a representative of the Facilities Department would provide County property managers with a better understanding of the Environmental Affairs Commission's environmental recommendations.



THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Ingham County Board of Commissioners hereby amend Resolution 01-84 to increase the membership of the Environmental Affairs Commission from 10 to 11 members to include a representative of the Facilities Department.
