INGHAM COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS

RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE DEFERRED COMPENSATION COMMITTEE TO SIGN FOR ALL MATTERS OF PLAN ADMINISTRATION

RESOLUTION #02-35

WHEREAS, under the Ingham County Deferred Compensation Plans Committee charged with various duties and responsibilities in the administration of the Plan; and

WHEREAS, the Deferred Compensation Committee consisting of the Controller, Human Resources Director, and Finance Director, are empowered under the Plan to enter into agreements to provide services for the administration of the Plan subject to the Ingham County Board of Commissioners approval.

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that any of the three Plan Committee members (Controller, Human Resources Director, or Finance Director) shall have the authority to sign all agreements on behalf of the County on all matters of Plan Administration.
