INGHAM COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS

RESOLUTION TO APPOINT THE COUNTY TREASURER AS CUSTODIAN OF THE FUNDS OF THE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION

RESOLUTION #02-44

WHEREAS, Ingham County has established the Economic Development Corporation of the County of Ingham, and has appointed a Board of Directors to said Corporation; and

WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of the Economic Development Corporation have requested that the Treasurer of Ingham County provide financial services and to act as fiscal agent on behalf of said Corporation.

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Commissioners authorizes the Ingham County Treasurer to be custodian of the funds of the Economic Development Corporation of Ingham County, with such funds to be receipted and disbursed by the County Treasurer in accordance with usual County procedures upon the order of the Board of Directors of said Corporation.
