RESOLUTION TO APPOINT THE COUNTY TREASURER AS CUSTODIAN OF THE FUNDS FOR THE BROWNFIELD REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY

RESOLUTION #02-45

WHEREAS, Ingham County has established the Brownfield Redevelopment Authority of the County of Ingham, and has appointed a Board of Directors to said Authority; and

WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of the Brownfield Redevelopment Authority have requested that the Treasurer of Ingham County provide financial services and to act as fiscal agent on behalf of said Authority.

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Commissioners authorizes the Ingham County Treasurer to be custodian of the funds of the Brownfield Redevelopment Authority of Ingham County, with such funds to be receipted and disbursed by the County Treasurer in accordance with usual County procedures upon the order of the Board of Directors of said Authority.
