RESOLUTION #02-93
WHEREAS, the Ingham County Fairgrounds had $86,806.00 in retained earnings from 2002; and
WHEREAS, Resolution #01-325 authorized spending $51,380.00 for electrical work, leaving a balance of $35,426.00; and
WHEREAS, the Ingham County Fairgrounds is in need of additional area upgrading, door replacements, and other maintenance projects in the amount of $31,406.00; and
WHEREAS, the Fairgrounds are also in need of a new drag for maintaining the horse arenas, in the amount of $4,020.00; and
WHEREAS, the Ingham County Fair Board and Manager recommend amending the 2002 Capital Improvement Budget in the amount of $35,426.00.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Ingham County Board of Commissioners hereby approves an amendment to the 2002 Capital Improvement Budget to include $31,406.00, for maintenance projects and $4,020.00 for a new drag, for a total of $35,426.00.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Controller is authorized to make the necessary budget adjustments.
