RESOLUTION TO AMEND THE 2003 APPORTIONMENT REPORT

RESOLUTION #03-290

WHEREAS, the 2003 Apportionment Report was approved by Resolution #03-267; and

WHEREAS, based on the results of the election held on November 4, 2003 and a corrections with regard to the City of Williamston revisions have become necessary.

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that Resolution #03-267 be amended by substituting the attached statement of taxable valuations and mills apportioned to the various units in Ingham County for the year 2003.
