RESOLUTION MAKING APPOINTMENTS TO THE INGHAM REGIONAL MEDICAL

CENTER BOARD

RESOLUTION #03-030

WHEREAS, several vacancies exist on the Ingham Regional Medical Center Board due to resignations; and

WHEREAS, the Human Services Committee has interviewed applicants interested in serving on this Board.

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Ingham County Board of Commissioners hereby appoint:

Tom Hoisington, 2575 Oxford, Lansing, 48911

Tico Duckett, 1156 Cliffdale Drive, Haslett, 48840

Paula Cunningham, 1625 Sagebrush, Lansing, 48917

to the Ingham Regional Medical Center Board to terms expiring December 31, 2006; and

Theresa Hubbell, 350 Geneva Circle, Lansing, 48917

is appointed to a term expiring December 31, 2003.
