Introduced by the County Services and Finance Committees of the:

RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A TWO-YEAR CONTRACT WITH LDMI FOR LONG DISTANCE SERVICE

RESOLUTION #03-90

WHEREAS, the Ingham County Board of Commissioners authorized Alliance Telecommunications Incorporated to review the County's phone bills; and

WHEREAS, Alliance Telecommunications Incorporated, having completed its review, is recommending that we enter into a contract with (LDMI); and

WHEREAS, the County can reduce its long distance charge to a rate of .039 cents per minute.

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Ingham County Board of Commissioners authorizes a two-year contract with LDMI for long distance service.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Ingham County Board of Commissioners authorizes the Board Chair and the County Clerk to sign any necessary contract documents as to form by the County Attorney.
