RESOLUTION TO SUPPORT ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER 2004-03 REGARDING CIRCUIT COURT HOURS OF OPERATION AT INGHAM COUNTY FACILITIES

RESOLUTION #04-235

WHEREAS, the Ingham County Board of Commissioners is the funding unit of the 30th Circuit Court; and

WHEREAS, the 30th Circuit Court is proposing ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER 2004-03 to establish the hours of operation for the Court; and

WHEREAS, the 30th Circuit Court is submitting to the Ingham County Board of Commissioners, ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER 2004-03 for review and comment as required by the State Court Administrative Office (SCAO) prior to SCAO taking action on ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER 2004-03.

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Ingham County Board of Commissioners hereby adopts this resolution in support of the 30th Circuit Court ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER 2004-03.
