INGHAM COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS

RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ENTERING INTO A ONE (1) YEAR AGREEMENT

 WITH THE SRC MANAGEMENT GROUP IN ORDER TO FACILITATE DATA SHARING

RESOLUTION #04-324

WHEREAS, an agreement has been drafted between the Ingham County Sheriff’s Office and the SRC Management Group for the purpose of data sharing between law enforcement agencies on TRACView and insurance companies, and scanning and uploading of Ingham County Sheriff’s Office UD-10 Crash Reports; and

WHEREAS, this agreement has been approved as to form by the County Attorney for the time period of one year; and

WHEREAS, there will be no fees or costs associated with this agreement to Ingham County.

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Ingham County Board of Commissioners approves entering into a one-year data sharing agreement with the SRC Management Group.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Ingham County Board of Commissioners authorizes the Board Chairperson and the County Clerk to sign any necessary documents that are consistent with this resolution and approved as to form by the County Attorney.
