RESOLUTION MAKING AN APPOINTMENT TO THE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION BOARD OF DIRECTORS

RESOLUTION #05-038

WHEREAS, several vacancies exist on the Economic Development Corporation Board of Directors; and

WHEREAS, the County Services Committee interviewed those interested in serving on this Committee:

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Ingham County Board of Commissioners hereby appoints:

                                                  Scott Clark, 4717 Hunt Road, Onondaga, 49264

to the Economic Development Corporation Board of Directors, as a labor representative, to a term expiring October 31, 2008.
