RESOLUTION MAKING AN APPOINTMENT TO THE

INGHAM REGIONAL MEDICAL CENTER BOARD

RESOLUTION #06-062

WHEREAS, a vacancy exists on the Ingham Regional Medical Center Board; and

WHEREAS, the Human Services Committee interviewed those interested in serving on this Board.

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Ingham County Board of Commissioners hereby appoints

                        Dr. James Richard, 4156 Cornell Road, Okemos, 48864

to the Ingham Regional Medical Center Board to a term expiring December 31, 2008.
