RESOLUTION HONORING SANDY DEATRICK

RESOLUTION #08-208

WHEREAS, Sandy Deatrick began her career with Ingham County in November 1977 as a Child Welfare Worker for the Ingham County Probate Court, currently known as Circuit Court, Family Division; and

WHEREAS, in October 1984 she was promoted to Senior Child Welfare Worker; and

WHEREAS, in October 1989 her title changed to Senior Juvenile Court Officer; and

WHEREAS, in May 2004 she was promoted to the position of Intake Referee; and

WHEREAS, Sandy Deatrick exemplifies the best in public service through her dedication and commitment to her job responsibilities and duties through her desire to address the needs of  juveniles and their families; and

WHEREAS, Sandy Deatrick’s wealth of knowledge, energy, wit and sense of humor will be greatly missed; and

WHEREAS, Sandy Deatrick has given the Ingham County Circuit Court, Family Division and the residents of Ingham County over 30 years of quality service.

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Ingham County Board of Commissioners hereby honors Sandy Deatrick for her many years of dedicated service to the County of Ingham and for the contributions she has made to the Circuit Court, Family Division.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Board wishes her continued success in all of her future endeavors.
