RESOLUTION HONORING FRANK RIDER

 

RESOLUTION #10-302

 

WHEREAS, Frank Rider  began in his role of supporting Impact, Ingham County System of Care Initiative, November 2006, as the Technical Assistance Coordinator of the TA Partnership for Child & Family Mental Health; and

 

WHEREAS, Frank has been steadfast in his support and encouragement of the ongoing creation and implementation of Ingham County’s System of Care, displaying exceptional aptitude in promoting system transformation, including a commitment to core system of care values such as family driven and youth guided, as well as the implementation of a data-driven decision-making processes; and

 

WHEREAS, Frank further promotes the successful implementation of Ingham County’s System of Care through assisting state-level agency coordination and reform, allowing changes at the county level which benefits youth and families; and

 

WHEREAS, he has provided support to mental health, juvenile justice, child welfare, and education staff within Ingham County in order to more fully integrate system of care values; and

 

WHEREAS, his commitment to the youth and families of Ingham County receiving appropriate and timely services continues to challenge and support agencies to improve; and

 

WHEREAS, during his four years of dedicated support to the Ingham County System of Care Initiative and the community, he has been a tremendous coach, advocate and mentor.

 

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Ingham County Board of Commissioners hereby honors Frank Rider for his dedication and support to the County of Ingham and for the tremendous guidance he has provided to the Ingham County System of Care Initiative.

 

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Board wishes him continued success in all of his future endeavors.
