RESOLUTION TO AMEND THE 2010 APPORTIONMENT REPORT

RESOLUTION #10-370

WHEREAS, the 2010 Apportionment Report was approved by Resolution #10-330 on October 12, 2010; and

WHEREAS, as a result of the election held on November 2, 2010 it is necessary to amend the Apportionment Report.

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that Resolution #10-330 is amended by substituting the attached statement of taxable valuations and mills apportioned to the various units in Ingham County for the year 2010.
