WHAT
WE DO...
The
Chairperson of the Board appoints two Commissioner representatives
to serve on this Board for one year terms The Convention Visitors
Bureau was organized to solicit, promote and encourage convention
and tourist business to marshall and adopt community resources,
to promote encourage and develop tourism for the County of
Ingham and to serve visitors to the community. Ingham County
contributes funds for Convention/Visitors Bureau services
from local room rental revenues collected through the hotel/motel
tax.
