On-Line Marriage Application
In my continuing effort
to bring new services to the the residents of Ingham County using
existing technology I am pleased to announce our on-line Marriage
Application. This form
may be submitted on-line, saving you time in our office. Follow
the prompts below and complete the form. Be sure to
"submit" and "confirm" the form when finished.
Then either the bride or the groom must appear in our office to sign the
affidavit, take the oath. and pay for the license. This should be
done at least three days prior to the wedding date.

PASSPORT PROCESSING
Processing Times
The Ingham County Clerk’s
Office is a full-service passport acceptance facility. We can provide
you with new and renewal application forms, passport quality photos, and
certified copies of your birth record (if you were born in Ingham
County.)
You can apply for your passport
at either office location, Monday through Friday, between the hours of
8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
