WHAT WE DO...
Ingham County Medical Care Facility provides complex
skilled nursing services and rehabilitation for persons
needing physical therapy, occupational therapy, and
speech therapy. The Facility is dedicated to serving
Ingham County residents with quality nursing care funded
by Medicaid, Medicare and other third party payers.
Physician services are provided under contract with
community based physicians.
The Facility is operated under the supervision of the
Family Independence Agency Board.

of Operation: Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m.
- 4:30 p.m.
