On January 1, 2015, Curtis Hertel, Jr. assumed his position as Senator representing Michigan's 23rd District.  As a result, applications are being sought for the vacant Register of Deeds position.   A Statutory Committee consisting of Barb Byrum, County Clerk, Chief Probate Judge Richard Garcia and Stuart Dunnings, III, Prosecuting Attorney will review applications and make a selection for the Register of Deeds position.

·         Letters of recommendation

·         Copy (front and back) of your driver's license
