WHAT WE DO...

The Probate Court provides only statutorily mandated services.  The major activities include filing and safekeeping of wills, probating of estates of deceased persons, trust administration, appointment and supervision of guardians and conservators for minors, adults, and developmentally disabled persons and processing mental health matters. (links to the left)

Hours of Operation:  Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm                                                                   (we are closed from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. for lunch)
