Business Filings   All persons appearing on the certificate must sign before a Deputy Clerk in the County Clerk's Office or in the presence of any notary public before filing. Mail Applications to: Ingham County Clerk P.O. Box 179 Mason, MI 48854 The fee to file a D.B.A., Co-partnership and/or a Dissolution Certificate is $10.00.  Two certified copies are provided at the time of filing.  Additional  copies are $2.00.  Make checks payable to Ingham County Clerk. We cannot accept out of state checks. Please use a credit card or money order. Ingham County has a Regulation Eliminating Smoking in Public and Private Work Sites.
