INFORMATION ON DELINQUENT TAX SEARCH USAGE BY COMMERCIAL INSTITUTIONS: For unlimited access, users must establish an account. To obtain an account, please send your written request and $20.00 processing fee to: Ingham County Treasurer, Attn: Terri Church, Veterans Memorial Courthouse, 313 W. Kalamazoo Street, Lansing, MI 48933. In your written request, please include: Company name, contact person, billing address, telephone and fax number, and contact person e-mail address. You will be notified via e-mail (contact person) once your account has been established. There is a $0.25 per parcel charge for unlimited access to delinquent tax search information. There is also a yearly access maintenance fee of $20.00. Monthly access to the system will be billed on a quarterly basis. All accounts not paid in full by due as indicated on the quarterly billing will be deactivated until payment is made.
