INGHAM COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS

RESOLUTION FOR THE INGHAM COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE TO

TO ACCEPT FUNDS FOR TRIAD

RESOLUTION #04-203

WHEREAS, the Ingham County Sheriff's Office has assisted senior citizens through TRIAD; and

WHEREAS, TRIAD has introduced a new program to assist senior citizens called "File of Life"; and

WHEREAS, this program assists seniors by identifying their emergency medical needs to emergency medical responders; and

WHEREAS, the Ingham County Sheriff's Office Mounted Division has made a donation of $460.00 to the Sheriff's Office to pay for the supplies for this program.

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Ingham County Board of Commissioners authorizes the Ingham County Sheriff's Office to accept the $460.00 from the Ingham County Sheriff's Office Mounted Division.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Ingham County Board of Commissioners authorizes the Sheriff's Office to spend the $460.00 for supplies for the File of Life Program.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Ingham County Board of Commissioners authorizes the Ingham County Sheriff's Office to accept future donations on behalf of TRIAD.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Ingham County Board of Commissioners appreciates the generosity of the Ingham County Mounted Division and further thanks the Mounted Division for their assistance with the senior citizens of Ingham County in support of TRIAD.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Ingham County Board of Commissioners authorizes the Controller to make any necessary adjustments in the Ingham County Sheriff's Office 2004 budget in accepting the $460.00 from the Mounted Division.
