RESOLUTION TO AMEND RESOLUTION #04-180

RESOLUTION #04-232

WHEREAS, Resolution #04-180 authorized an amendment to the 2004 Administrative Services Agreement with the Ingham Health Plan Corporation; and

WHEREAS, the reference to the Administrative Services Agreement was in error and the resolution should have authorized the amendment of the 2004 Medical Services Agreement with the Ingham Health Plan Corporation; and

WHEREAS, the Health Officer has recommended that the Board of Commissioners amend Resolution #04-180 to correctly identify the Medical Services Agreement as the agreement to be amended.

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Ingham County Board of Commissioners authorizes an amendment to Resolution No. 04-180 to clarify that the agreement to be amended is the 2004 Medical Services Agreement with the Ingham Health Plan Corporation, not the 2004 Administrative Services Agreement.
