INGHAM COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS

RESOLUTION MAKING APPOINTMENTS TO THE

ANIMAL CONTROL SHELTER ADVISORY BOARD

RESOLUTION #04-339

WHEREAS, the Board of Commissioners established the Animal Control Shelter Advisory Board to work with the Ingham County Animal Control to better the shelter, improve conditions, adopt more animals, seek outside grant funding, increase outreach, work with volunteers, improve policies such as the spay/neuter policy and make other recommendations to the Ingham County Board of Commissioners; and

WHEREAS, the Law Enforcement Committee recommended reappointing the members who were eligible to continue serving on the Board. 

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Ingham County Board of Commissioners hereby reappoints:

                            Janet Hanneman, 2635 Rolfe Road, Mason, 48854

                            Holly Strobel, 137 E. Kilborn, Lansing, MI 48906

to terms expiring December 31, 2005; and reappoints

                            Penelope Tsernoglou, 1665 Burrows, Apt. 74, East Lansing, 48823

                            Lorna Elliott, 2209 S. Washington, Lansing, 48910

                            Mary Nicol, 1648 S. Edgar Road, Mason, 48854

to terms expiring December 31, 2006.
