RESOLUTION TO AMEND THE 2004 APPORTIONMENT REPORT

RESOLUTION #04-352

WHEREAS, the 2004 Apportionment Report was approved by Resolution #04-317; and

WHEREAS, based on the results of the election held on November 2, 2004 revisions have become necessary.

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that Resolution #04-317 be amended by substituting the attached statement of taxable valuations and mills apportioned to the various units in Ingham County for the year 2004.
