RESOLUTION MAKING AN APPOINTMENT TO THE FRIEND OF THE COURT

CITIZENS ADVISORY COMMITTEE

RESOLUTION #05-196

WHEREAS, several vacancies exist on the Friend of the Court Citizens Advisory Committee; and

WHEREAS, the Judiciary Committee interviewed applicants interested in serving on the Committee.

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Ingham County Board of Commissioners hereby appoints:

                                                     Amy Bailey, 2560 Sundance, Okemos, 48864

to the Friend of the Court Citizens Advisory Committee, as a family law attorney representative, to a term expiring  May 27, 2008.
