RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING
THE
RESOLUTION #05-201
WHEREAS,
WHEREAS, as a result of a 425 Agreement,
certain areas within Clinton County are serviced by the City of East Lansing
for 911 Dispatch, police, and fire services; and
WHEREAS,
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, the Ingham County Board of Commissioners authorizes the Ingham County Clerk to file a Notice of Intent to function
as a PSAP within the Clinton County 911 Service District for the area described
in the attached map and parcel description.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that this resolution will not take
effect until an interlocal agreement is signed
between Ingham and

AS A PSAP OR SECONDARY
PSAP
Pursuant to section 307 of the
emergency telephone service enabling act, the City of East Lansing shall
function as a (check one) _____X_____ PSAP __________Secondary PSAP
within the 9-1-1 service district of the tentative 9-1-1 service plan adopted
by resolution of the Board of Commissioners of Clinton County on April 26,
2005.
