RESOLUTION HONORING GEORGE HALEY

RESOLUTION #05-203

WHEREAS, George Haley began his career with the Ingham County Probate Court on March 20, 1992; and

WHEREAS, George Haley served with distinction in various positions prior to beginning his career with Ingham County Probate Court, including service in the United States Marine Corps during the height of the Vietnam War, as a Deputy Sheriff Investigator for the 30^th Judicial Circuit Court, and in a variety of other investigative and law enforcement positions; and

WHEREAS, George Haley, as Court Investigator for the Ingham County Probate Court, has performed thousands of investigations and has offered objective, thorough, and valued recommendations to the Court; and

WHEREAS, George Haley has rendered great service to the Ingham County Probate Court for over thirteen years, and is on August 15, 2005 retiring from county employment.

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Ingham County Board of Commissioners hereby honors George Haley for his years of dedicated service to the County of Ingham and for the contributions he has made to the Ingham County Probate Court.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Board wishes him continued success in all of his future endeavors.
