RESOLUTION AMENDING BOARD RULES TO CHANGE TIME OF THE  BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS ORGANIZATIONAL MEETING

RESOLUTION #07-340

WHEREAS, each year the Board of Commissioners meet on the first business day of the year to elect Board Leadership and appoint Liaison Committees; and

WHEREAS, the Board of Commissioners wish to amend the Board Rules to change the time of the organizational meeting from 7:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Ingham County Board of Commissioners hereby amend the Board Rules Section I. BOARD MEETINGS - TIME & PLACE, Subsection A1. to state that the Board of Commissioners will meet on the first business day of each January at 6:00 p.m.
