RESOLUTION TO AUTHORIZE THE INGHAM COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE

TO ACCEPT A POLICE BICYCLE DONATION FROM THE HOLT LIONS CLUB

RESOLUTION #08-182

WHEREAS, the Ingham County Sheriff's Office, Delhi Division, has Community Policing Officers; and

WHEREAS, the Community Policing Officers are seeking to replace existing police bicycles; and

WHEREAS, the Holt Lions Club has donated funds for a new police bicycle to the Delhi Township Division, Community Policing Officers.

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Ingham County Board of Commissioners authorizes the acceptance of a new police bicycle donated by the Holt Lions Club to the Ingham County Sheriff's Office, Delhi Division, Community Policing Officers.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Ingham County Board of Commissioners expresses their appreciation to the Holt Lions Club for their support of the Ingham County Sheriff's Office, Delhi Division, Community Policing Officers.
