RESOLUTION TO AMEND RESOLUTION 09-384 AUTHORIZING 2010 AGREEMENTS FOR COMMUNITY AGENCIES

RESOLUTION #09-397

WHEREAS, the 2010 Ingham County Budget has been approved by the Board of Commissioners; and

WHEREAS, under the Community Agency Program a number of agencies have been allocated funds to provide important services that are consistent with the County’s Strategic Planning objective to Ingham County residents; and

WHEREAS, the Controller/Administrator has provided recommended funding levels for each agency that were determined using the criteria set forth in Resolution #09-125; and

WHEREAS, the Human Services and Finance Committees recommended an FY 2010 allocation of $1,790 for Cristo Rey Community Center Roots and Wings Program; and

WHEREAS, the Ingham County Board of Commissioners through Resolution 09-384 directed the County Attorney to draft contracts for the period of January 1, 2010 through December 31, 2010, in the amount specified for each community agency as approved, in accordance with the dollar amounts allocated in the 2010 Budget; and

WHEREAS, the amount allocated in to the Cristo Rey Community Center Roots and Wings Program in Resolution 09-384 is incorrect.

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that Resolution 09-384 is hereby amended to reflect the FY 2010 Community Agency allocation for the Cristo Rey Community Center Roots and Wings Program to be $1,790. 

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Board Chairperson and County Clerk are authorized to sign the necessary documents after review by the County Attorney.
