RESOLUTION MAKING AN APPOINTMENT TO THE COMMUNITY MENTAL HEALTH AUTHORITY

RESOLUTION #09-421

WHEREAS, a vacancy exists on the Community Mental Health Authority for a consumer; and

WHEREAS, the Human Services Committee interviewed applicants interested in serving on this Board.

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Ingham County Board of Commissioners hereby appoints

Paul Palmer, 505 Townsend, Apt. #106, Lansing, 48933

to the Community Mental Health Authority, as a consumer, to a term expiring March 31, 2011.
