RESOLUTION MAKING AN APPOINTMENT TO THE

COMMUNITY HEALTH CENTER BOARD

RESOLUTION #09-099

WHEREAS, a vacancy exists on the Community Health Center Board; and

WHEREAS, the Human Services Committee interviewed those interested in serving on this Committee.

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Ingham County Board of Commissioners hereby appoints:

Marvin Cato, 4360 Dell Road, Apt. K, Lansing,  48911

to the Community Health Center Board to a term expiring December 31, 2010.

HUMAN SERVICES: Yeas:  Tennis, Davis, McGrain, Schor, Dougan
