RESOLUTION AMENDING #09-418 APPROVING VARIOUS CONTRACTS FOR THE 2010 BUDGET YEAR

RESOLUTION #10-059

WHEREAS, the Ingham County Board of Commissioners, through Resolution #09-418, approved entering into a contract with various contractors including Sequel Youth Services for the Clarinda Transitional Living Center aka Clarinda Group Home and Peckham, Inc. for the Footprints Group Home for the 2010 Budget Year; and

WHEREAS, an agreement has been reached with both vendors to keep the same contracted rate through the year 2012; and

WHEREAS, the annual rate for Clarinda Group Home is $511,962 per year through 2012; and

WHEREAS, the annual rate for Peckham, Inc. - Footprints Group Home is $433,679 per year through 2012.

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Ingham County Board of Commissioners authorizes amending two Family Court contracts by extending them for an additional two years for both Sequel Youth Services for the Clarinda Transitional Living Center at a rate of $511,962 per year for three years, and Peckham, Inc. - Footprints Group Home at a rate of $433,679 per year for three years, beginning October 1, 2009 and ending September 30, 2012.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Chairperson of the Ingham County Board of Commissioners and the County Clerk are authorized to sign any necessary contract documents consistent with this resolution and approved as to form by the County Attorney.
