TRAFFIC DIVISION

The traffic division receives and processes traffic and municipal civil infraction citations from the law enforcement agencies in the county.  They also process some misdemeanor citations written under the Michigan Vehicle Code, Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection Act and various local ordinances.  For some offenses, the judges have set a standard fine/costs - see the fines and costs schedule page.  If fines and costs are not listed on the schedule, please contact the court.

Note:  The court does not accept pleadings by fax
