courthouse dome The Ingham County Board of Commissioners announce the beginning of the 2011 Community Agency application process. Ingham County provides financial support to various community agencies that are primarily non-profit organizations.  Often using volunteers, these organizations provide a variety of important services to residents across the County.  The Ingham County Community Agency Application for 2011 funding is now available.  Applicants may download the application materials/packet/and criteria.   The deadline for submission of the grant requests is 5 pm July 30, 2010.    Application         More info.

Just Chillin’ with the Animals Summer Enrichment Event.  Saturday, July 31, 2010 - 1:00pm - 3:00pm Location:  Potter Park Zoo.  From popsicles for the otters to watermelon for the meerkats, spectators will have a chance to see the animals explore some of our favorite foods of the summer.
