This survey is being conducted by Ingham County in collaboration with Ingham County Health Department and the Michigan State University team at the Technical Assistance Collaborative to collect information from the community regarding Opioid Use Disorder and other co-occurring Substance Use Disorders/Mental Health disorders. This definition will be referred to as Substance Use Disorder (SUD) throughout the survey for short.
Why Am I Being Asked to Participate?
You are being asked to participate in this survey because the Ingham County government is seeking to hear the voices of people with lived experience with substance use, people directly impacted by substance use, such as family and friends, and the community at large.
Your responses will help identify local strategies, inform new funding opportunities, and strengthen the community's understanding from a variety of perspectives.
